The minor agreements here are significant enough that I think this is a Mark-Q overlap.
Matthew and Luke have 7 words in a row in the exact same order and forms. Luke regularly changes Q's "kingdom of heaven" to "kingdom of God," so Matthew likely reflects Q exactly here.
At first I thought this was taken from Mark 4:25, but now I don't think so. It matches in form what Matt has in the parable of the talents in Matt 25:29, it uses a Q word, περισσεύω, and it is more expansive than the Mark 4:25 version. Cf. Q 12:48. This placement could still be Matthean, but the catchword δίδωμι is very Q-like.
Matt 13:13 agrees with Luke 8:10 in using βλέπω where Mark has εἶδον. There is an antithetical parallelism in Matt 13:13, 16 that Matthew breaks up by adding the fulfillment formula and the Isaiah quotation. Q is fond of antithetical parallelism, so vv. 13, 16 may be from Q with vv. 14-15 being Matthean redaction. If so, v. 13 is from Q 10:23. I am not sure what that says about the placement of Matt 13:10-12 in Q.
