MatthewMarkLukeNotes
28ἀποκριθεὶς δὲ αὐτῷ Πέτρος εἶπεν It is possible that Matthew is dependent upon a written source here, but the fact that Matthew seems to be influenced by no written sources up to Mark to this point suggests against it. Nevertheless the style of these verses is very much like Q, including the ἀποκριθεὶς ... εἶπεν format of this line.
κελεύω is Matthean (7-0-1).
30βλέπων δὲ τὸν ἄνεμον [ἰσχυρὸν] ἐφοβήθη, καὶ ἀρξάμενος καταποντίζεσθαι ἔκραξεν λέγων καταποντίζω (2-0-0) may be attested in Q 17:2, but it is only in the Matthean version. ἄρχω+inf. is an Aramaism common in Q but also found elsewhere. Matthew often removes it when he finds it in Mark or Q.
31ὀλιγόπιστε, εἰς τί ἐδίστασας ; The substantival adjective functioning as a vocative if a regular feature of Q, as is the word ὀλιγόπιστος (Q 12:28; Matt 8:26 [Q?]), though Matthew may use this word redactionally (Matt 8:26; 16:8; cf. 17:20).

The rhetorical question is also very frequent in Q. διστάζω occurs elsewhere only in Matt 28:17.
