Edwards sees four Hebraisms in these two Lukan verses. The first is here (Ἀναστὰς ... All four are in Luke alone. None of them, however, are unlukan enough to suggest a non-Markan source.
Wilson 2013:61 argues that Matthew has rewritten this verse to look like 2 Kings 4:32.
NOT IN Q: C
ἦν συνεχομένη (Luke) is a Hebraism (Edwards, Hebrew Gospel, 302).
καὶ ἐπιστὰς ἐπάνω αὐτῆς and ἀναστᾶσα διηκόνει (Luke) are Hebraisms (Edwards, Hebrew Gospel, 302).

Wilson 2013:63f notes parallels between Matt 8:15 and 1 Kgs 19:21.

ἐπιτιμάω is unlukan, never occurring in Acts. Twenty-one of its twenty-seven uses in the synoptics are in Mark or in Matthew's or Luke's copying of Mark. I believe the other six can be attributed to Q as is certainly the case for Luke 17:3 (so CritEd), though Luke 4:41 may be an exception.
