59Οἱ δὲ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ τὸ συνέδριον ὅλον ἐζήτουν ψευδομαρτυρίαν κατὰ τοῦ Ἰησοῦ ὅπως αὐτὸν θανατώσωσιν , 60καὶ οὐχ εὗρον 55Οἱ δὲ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ ὅλον τὸ συνέδριον ἐζήτουν κατὰ τοῦ Ἰησοῦ μαρτυρίαν εἰς τὸ θανατῶσαι αὐτόν, καὶ οὐχ ηὕρισκον Luke skips over a lot of Markan material here. He seems not to be following Mark at all, but may be following Q straight through this section.
60πολλῶν προσελθόντων ψευδομαρτύρων. 56πολλοὶ γὰρ ἐψευδομαρτύρουν κατʼ αὐτοῦ,

63Καὶ οἱ ἄνδρες οἱ συνέχοντες αὐτὸν ἐνέπαιζον αὐτῷ δέροντες, 64καὶ περικαλύψαντες αὐτὸν ἐπηρώτων λέγοντες προφήτευσον, τίς ἐστιν παίσας σε ; 65καὶ ἕτερα πολλὰ βλασφημοῦντες ἔλεγον εἰς αὐτόν. When Luke does join in he is not following Mark's wording closely, and he has a minor agreement of 5 words with Matthew. This is likely from Q.
1Πρωΐας δὲ γενομένης συμβούλιον ἔλαβον πάντες οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ πρεσβύτεροι τοῦ λαοῦ κατὰ τοῦ Ἰησοῦ ὥστε θανατῶσαι αὐτόν
1Καὶ εὐθὺς πρωῒ συμβούλιον ποιήσαντες οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς μετὰ τῶν πρεσβυτέρων καὶ γραμματέων καὶ ὅλον τὸ συνέδριον,
66Καὶ ὡς ἐγένετο ἡμέρα, συνήχθη τὸ πρεσβυτέριον τοῦ λαοῦ, ἀρχιερεῖς τε καὶ γραμματεῖς, καὶ ἀπήγαγον αὐτὸν εἰς τὸ συνέδριον αὐτῶν 67λέγοντες This also probably reflects something from Q.

69ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν δὲ ἔσται υἱὸς τοῦ ἀνθρώπου καθήμενος ἐκ δεξιῶν τῆς δυνάμεως τοῦ θεοῦ. Here Luke has something that is also in Mark, but it is later in Mark than what follows. There is also a minor agreement here.
63καὶ ἀρχιερεὺς εἶπεν αὐτῷ 61πάλιν ἀρχιερεὺς ἐπηρώτα αὐτὸν καὶ λέγει αὐτῷ 70εἶπαν δὲ πάντες
63ἐξορκίζω σε κατὰ τοῦ θεοῦ τοῦ ζῶντος ἵνα ἡμῖν εἴπῃς εἰ σὺ εἶ χριστὸς υἱὸς τοῦ θεοῦ. 61σὺ εἶ χριστὸς υἱὸς τοῦ εὐλογητοῦ ; 70σὺ οὖν εἶ υἱὸς τοῦ θεοῦ ; There are also agreements between Matthew 26:63 here and Luke 22:67 above.
64λέγει αὐτῷ Ἰησοῦς 62 δὲ Ἰησοῦς εἶπεν 70 δὲ πρὸς αὐτοὺς ἔφη
64σὺ εἶπας. 62ἐγώ εἰμι, 70ὑμεῖς λέγετε ὅτι ἐγώ εἰμι. Matthew and Luke may both be influenced by Mark 15:2 here, but the decision of both of them to add this here is surprising.
64πλὴν λέγω ὑμῖν ἀπʼ ἄρτι ὄψεσθε τὸν υἱὸν τοῦ ἀνθρώπου καθήμενον ἐκ δεξιῶν τῆς δυνάμεως καὶ ἐρχόμενον ἐπὶ τῶν νεφελῶν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ. 62καὶ ὄψεσθε τὸν υἱὸν τοῦ ἀνθρώπου ἐκ δεξιῶν καθήμενον τῆς δυνάμεως καὶ ἐρχόμενον μετὰ τῶν νεφελῶν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ.

Q makes no mention of testimonies against Jesus. Luke may be drawing this verse entirely from Mark.

66οἱ δὲ ἀποκριθέντες εἶπαν ἔνοχος θανάτου ἐστίν. 64οἱ δὲ πάντες κατέκριναν αὐτὸν ἔνοχον εἶναι θανάτου.

καὶ περικαλύπτειν is missing from Mark 14:65 D et al. Could this have been an interpolation based on Luke? Matthew doesn't have it. Streeter, Four Gospels, 326, makes a compelling case. (But see Neirynck's in Evangelica II.)

ἐπηρώτων λέγοντες is ελεγον in Lk 22:64 D and δέροντες is missing in Lk 22:63 D.

While it is possible that this saying came down in oral tradition, the word-for-word agreement here, in light of other evidence for Q here, suggests that Matthew and Luke reflect a Q wording here.
